2024 Oxford Place Board of Directors

For neighbors who want to make changes to the exterior of their home, to their property, or additions (like adding a pool or property fence), they must have approval from the ARC.  

1) Residents must submit a written request to the ARC using the following email address: oxfordplace@gmail.com  

2)  The ARC will respond via email in 7-10 business days with an approval or denial.  If denied, an explanation will be given or potential options/suggestions so that the project (with those changes) may be approved. 

3)   Before approval, Residents must to submit a drawing /rendering with details about the request.

4) For exterior additions or outdoor changes, a drawing/rendering on the homeowner's plat or property drawing is required as well. 

NOTE: Refer to C&Rs #27.  If the C&Rs do not specifically outline a Resident's home improvement project, then ARC must approve the project.  The ARC does have final approval (over the Board) on all projects.

After the POA Board Members' election is finalized, the incoming Board appoints three interested residents to serve on the ARC for a one year term.  All Oxford Place Residents are eligible  to volunteer for the ARC.   If you are interested in serving on the ARC, please email our current Board President in January.
